The Tennessee Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights published a report this month titled “Civil and Voting Rights in Tennessee,” which cited findings from several ThinkTennessee reports on elections, civic engagement, and voting during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dawn Schluckebier, ThinkTennessee‘s advocacy and government relations director, was also selected as a panelist by the Commission to provide comments and testimony that is published in this report.
